Our trip was not easy to handle at all. Heavy rain destroyed the road to Georgia and our flight had been cancelled by the airline just three days before arrival. But you showed that you manage to handle the appearing problems even on short notice up to the expectations of the clients. In October 2012 I was on the round tour in Armenia with the group of my friends from Czech Republic and Poland. This tour was prepared and operated personally by Susanna Grigoryan from Yerevan. She helped me very much from  the very beginning with program preparation and its operating not only in Armenia but also in Azerbaijan and Georgia.

I appreciated very much especially Susanna's quick mail response and precise cooperation while preparing the tour. Our group had a professional guided tour during several days we spent in Armenia. It was really the highest quality concert of travel business!!!
